There's no other way to pay homage to the Mad Hatter and the Hare than to have the perfect cup of tea at Alice's Teacup (of course, my favorite restaurant in the whole world). The only problem (and it's a wonderful problem) is the overwhelming book of tea blend options to choose from.
Your first time? Try Alice's Tea--a black blend of Indian black vanilla and Japanese green tea with rose petals. It'll open your eyes with the subtlety and creaminess, and the hints of flower lifting off your taste buds. No wonder the Hatter went nuts with all the possibilities!
